I had interviewed 3 other contractors but I knew w/in minutes of meeting Pat and discussing our project that Pat was our 'Man for the job'. Getting OTTO open, on time and on budget was as much a priority for Pat and his team of subs as it was for us. After a blown sprinkler-head due to the extreme cold weather, Pat and his team worked to repair and to get open as if it was his money on the line.
