• 1,500sf restaurant expansion.
• The restaurant remained operational during construction.
• Scope of work included the demolition of an existing hair salon,
  demolition of demising walls, construction of architectural wall
  elements, modification of electrical services combining existing service
  with new service including, recessed lighting, air conditioning controls
  and sound system, sprinkler and fire alarm system modification,
  installation of suspended ceilings, wall paneling, granite, hardwood
  floors, custom millwork and finish carpentry, interior and exterior
  painting and exterior masonry
• Kitchen modifications included the installation of stainless steel kitchen wall paneling and appliances, plumbing incorporating new
  commercial kitchen, appliance and gas heating
• Work completed in six weeks
